We had lunch here and loved it so much that we came back for dinner! We were still kind of full, so we shared a salmon burger. It was delicious! I wish we knew what they marinated their salmon in. Service was excellent from the bright and bubbly Acacia. She made the meal even better! Love the decor here. Also love watching the staff...they're like a well-oiled machine. Great team!

Nice place, fast yet polite servers. Food is amazing, this place is famous among locals, that is always a positve sign. I ordered Alaskan Halibut Tacos. Everything was cooked tp perfection, the sauce that comes with Tacos has the majic spice which brightens taco's flavors. Highy Recomended!!

I visited Brewsters during a recent business and pleasure trip to Fairbanks and had a fantastic solo dining experience. I ordered the daily special, which was a burger topped with house-made jam, pepper jack cheese, and bacon. The combination was flavorful and unique. The fries were hot and crisp, and everything came out quickly and cooked just right. To drink, I had a refreshing unsweetened iced tea along with an ice-cold Elysian Space Dust IPA. Both were excellent pairings for the meal. The service was attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with a comfortable mix of locals and visitors like me. If you're in Fairbanks and looking for a great meal with good service and a laid-back vibe, Brewsters is well worth the stop. I’ll definitely return on my next trip.

We enjoyed the atmosphere , it was vary laid back, they played a wonderful variety of music. The service was awesome our server was vary knowledgeable about the food & drinks & was a vary sweet young man. We had calamari for an appetizer. It was cooked to perfection. I had the halibut which was moist & vary filling w/ onion rings & the person I was with had the salmon which was also vary good along with a side of cottage cheese & a salad. I truly recommend anyone that visits Fairbanks, Alaska Brewster 's is a great place to go!
